Dr Chioma Agha-Ayorinde is a physician, AI strategist and venture builder based in Dallas. Her work draws on experience across clinical medicine, operational leadership and entrepreneurship.
She builds systems that clarify decisions rather than decorate them. Across ECI Platform, Wild Wisdom and Sterling Select, the common thesis is the same: a system should make the basis of a decision visible and the responsibility for it unambiguous.
Her path into venture building began with Swish Ideas, an online gifts and souvenirs company that fulfilled corporate orders for organisations including BBC News, CNN and Uber. Building its client relationships, operations and delivery model taught her to identify the real obstacle before designing the solution—a discipline she now brings to healthcare and AI.
